Girl, I got you! (And I got you too guys!) As an HSP and empath myself, I know what it’s like trying to navigate this world without getting overstimulated. I have felt overwhelmed, misunderstood, and just freaking different than everybody else my entire life. But after getting my MA in Psychology and studying yoga therapy and the nervous system, I have found the tools that have improved my life and my relationships exponentially, and I want to share these tools with you!
